Why Pitampura buyers choose Siddhi for flooring

We have been laying floors in Pitampura since 2014, out of the same Sukhlal Market shop. A wooden floor lives or dies on three things: the substrate, the underlay, and the click. Get the substrate wrong — too much residual moisture, a chalky screed, an undulation more than 3 mm over 2 metres — and the plank either swells, cups, or telegraphs every dip. We measure the screed on every site visit before we quote anything. If the reading is high, we say so, and we recommend the right vapour barrier before fitting.
The flooring categories we keep on hand for Pitampura
- Laminate, AC4 and above — the workhorse. Hard-wearing, photographs reasonably as wood. Best for rental refreshes and high-traffic family flats.
- SPC click-lock — Stone Plastic Composite. Waterproof, dimensionally stable. Excellent for kitchens, washrooms-adjacent rooms and any flat where the cooler runs five months of the year.
- Engineered oak — three-layer construction with a real oak veneer top. The closest you get to a solid wood floor without the maintenance penalty. Best in climate-controlled drawing rooms.

What the fitting visit looks like
We arrive with the moisture meter, a 2 m straight edge, and a vacuum. We measure, we level (mostly minor sanding of high points), we lay the IXPE underlay, and we click. A typical 3 BHK Pitampura flat is fully laid in two to three days, including skirting, threshold trims and finishing. We carry away every offcut and the dust we make.
