What the install visit looks like

We arrive with a moisture meter, a 2 m straight edge, the roll, the heat welder and a vacuum. Substrate prep is the first hour: any unevenness gets a self-levelling skim, dust gets vacuumed, the screed gets a primer. The roll is then laid, butted, and welded along the seams. For most rooms, the floor is sealed and walkable by the next morning.

What thickness should I pick?

For homes and quiet offices, 2 mm to 3 mm is enough. For high-traffic clinics, dental rooms and gyms we recommend 4 mm to 5 mm with an integrated cushion. We will tell you which on the site visit, depending on what the floor takes daily.
