Why Pitampura buyers choose WPC
The single fastest-growing request in our shop.
For about ten years, the standard accent-wall in a Pitampura drawing room was a textured paint, a wallpaper, or a wooden veneer. None of those age particularly gracefully — paint marks, wallpaper edges lift, veneer warps when the air-cooler runs all April. WPC is the first finish in a long time that solves all three at once.
It is denser than fluted PVC, lighter than solid wood, takes a sharp cut around switchboards, and the matte charcoal finish hides every fingerprint. - Charcoal black — the original. Three groove widths. Best on a TV wall in a well-lit drawing room.
- Walnut — the rising star. Warm, mid-brown, particularly good on bedhead walls.
- Natural oak — softer, lighter. Excellent for offices and clinic receptions.
- Teak — classic, traditional, blends well with older Pitampura wooden flooring.
- Fluted PVC — lighter and more affordable. ₹160 / sq ft. Best for ceilings and bathroom doors.
- Fluted WPC — denser cousin of fluted PVC. ₹240 / sq ft. Best for full-height accent walls.
What the fitting looks like
We arrive in the morning with a profile sample held against your existing wall — colour can change dramatically under your ceiling lights. Once the profile is locked, the fitter measures, marks for switches and points, and starts cutting. The first plank takes the longest because it has to be plumb; after that, each one slots into the previous tongue-and-groove. A typical 8 × 9 ft drawing-room TV wall is fully fitted in one afternoon.
We finish with a small black trim along the top and bottom for a clean line, and seal corners with a colour-matched silicone. The wall is touchable in 12 minutes, fully cured overnight. No paint smell, no dust beyond what the cutting throws — and we vacuum that as we go.
